ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Manager at David Mayfield - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and to the success of our customers. Your skills help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You'll improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide clients with product line options and white-glove service to help drive sales
  • Comfortable in communication with existing or potential clients, both in email and phone
  • Maintain agency success through value-based relationships with clients.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
